good location helpful staff clean room small room street noise basic breakfast

the location was quite good it was just a short walk to many attractions. the staff at the reception were helpful i appreciated their assistance. the room was clean and reasonably comfortable it suited my needs for a short stay.

the room i was assigned was a bit smaller than expected it felt somewhat cramped. noise from the street was noticeable at times especially in the morning. breakfast was rather basic there were not many options.

The rooms were very clean, I appreciated that. The staff helped me store my bags when I arrived early, very convenient. The location was great. It was an easy walk from the water taxi.

I appreciated the convenient location, allowing quick access to key attractions. the room was spacious and very clean. i found the air conditioning quite decent. It maintained a comfortable temperature. the staff's friendliness and attentiveness were amazing.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures.

The reception staff offered assistance with directions and local recommendations. They were always eager to help!!! the daily housekeeping ensured a tidy and fresh environment, which i found quite admirable.

convenient location and helpful staff

front desk water taxi great service

arlyn at the front desk was great. she was very kind and helpful, even arranging a water taxi for us to the venezia s. lucia train station. the taxi picked us up right outside the hotel, only a 2 minute walk. great service and communication were provided.

the room is at the top of a long, steep staircase. this came as a surprise to me. there were no screens on the windows, so mosquitoes were an issue.

the staff offered recommendations for local dining and directions to the hotel. i could leave my luggage with them if needed. the apartment included all necessary facilities and was clean.

the bathroom water temperature fluctuated from cold to hot without warning.

good instruction nice location extra space false photo cold lighting luggage space

The staff used WhatsApp to give me good instructions for arrival. The location was nice and was close to the water bus stop. The room I got was bigger than I thought it would be. I appreciate the extra space.

The rooms did not look exactly like the photos online. The lighting felt COLD in the room. I wish there was warmer lighting.
